Terms of use.

You shop the global store with an account, which keeps your orders, addresses, and order history in one place. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in to yourself — what happens under your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access, and we will help you secure it.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher — to open an account or place an order. By using RSN One you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly serve minors.

Prices on the global store are set and charged in US dollars (USD). Where we can, we also show an approximate figure in your local currency to help you judge the cost — that figure is an estimate for guidance only, refreshed periodically, and the US-dollar amount is the price you actually pay.

Your bank or card issuer sets the exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fee applied when your USD charge is converted to your local currency; those are outside our control. The USD total shown at checkout is final for the order.

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm it and begin to prepare it. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and where that happens after you have paid, we refund you in full. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

We ship only to the countries offered at checkout; if your country is not listed, we cannot accept your order. You are responsible for giving a complete, accurate delivery address, and we are not liable for an order lost through an address error you supplied.

Global orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The price you pay covers the goods and the shipping we quote — it does NOT include any import duties, taxes, VAT or GST, customs fees, or brokerage charges your own country levies on the parcel. Those are your responsibility, are billed to you by the carrier or the customs authority on or before delivery, and are separate from and additional to what you paid us.

We cannot tell you in advance what your country will charge, and we do not collect or remit it for you. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because import charges were not paid, any return, destruction, or re-shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Please check your local import rules before you order.

We aim to ship promptly and to show honest delivery estimates. Cross-border transit times vary with the carrier, the destination, and customs clearance, so estimates are not guarantees. Where tracking is available, we share it by email once the parcel is on its way.

If an item is not right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or made-to-order reasons; where that applies, it is noted before you buy.

For cross-border returns you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for safe repackaging, and any import duties or taxes you already paid to your customs authority are generally NOT refundable by us — they are recoverable, if at all, only from that authority. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund its price to your original payment method in USD; original outbound shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or wrongly sent.

Please use RSN One as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site; do not scrape it or resell access to it; and do not use it to defraud the house or other customers. We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we reserve the right to refuse service where we must.

The RSN One name and mark, the writing, the photography, and the design of this site are ours or our partners’, and are protected. You are welcome to enjoy them here; you may not copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

We stand behind the items we sell and the service we give, and the mandatory consumer-protection rights your local law grants you always stand — nothing here takes those away. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, the house is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and the site is offered as it is.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, where the house keeps its home, and any dispute will be handled there — without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country you shop from, which continue to apply to you. We may update these terms as the store grows; when we make a material change, we will note it here and move the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
