The fine print, kept plain
Your privacy.
We ask for as little as we need to send you beautiful things across the world and look after you well — and we treat what you share with care.
What we collect
We collect what you give us and what your visit leaves behind. From you: the name, delivery address, phone, and email you enter to place an order or open an account, and the contents of a message when you write to us. From your visit: the country we detect to show prices and estimate delivery, the items you view and add to your bag, the device and browser you use, and a record of your orders.
Payment is handled by our payment partners. Card numbers pass straight to them — we never see or store your full card details, only the last four digits to help you tell one card from another.
We also collect a small amount of diagnostic data, such as an error and the browser version, when something goes wrong, so we can fix it. It is not used to identify you or to advertise to you.
How we use it
We use your information to do what you came here for: process and ship your order across borders, prepare the customs paperwork the carrier needs, handle returns and refunds, answer your messages, and keep your account and saved addresses.
We use a quiet amount of it to make the store better and safer: to understand which items find their people, to keep the site fast and secure, and to prevent fraud. Any email you have opted into carries a one-tap way to stop.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone — there is no version of RSN One where your information is the product. We do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
We share it only with the partners who help us run the store — the couriers who carry your order and the brokers who clear it, the payment processors who take payment, and the infrastructure that serves the site — and only the slice each one needs. Fulfilling a cross-border order necessarily means your name and address reach carriers and customs authorities in both countries. We may also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.
Your choices and rights
It is your information, and you stay in charge of it. You can view and edit your saved addresses and account details at any time, and turn off any non-essential message. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — and you can close your account whenever you wish.
Because we serve buyers worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where the house and its service providers operate; we take care that it stays protected wherever it goes. Some records we keep longer because the law requires it, such as those behind completed orders; everything else we let go of when it has done its purpose.
Cookies
We use a small set of cookies. The essential ones keep you signed in, remember your bag and your chosen display currency, and keep checkout secure — the site cannot work without them. A second, optional set helps us understand how the site is used, and loads only if you accept it. We do not use cookies to follow you around the rest of the web, and you can clear or block them in your browser at any time.
How to reach us
If you have a question about your privacy, or you would like to make any of the requests above, write to privacy@rsnone.com. A real person reads it, and we aim to reply within a few days.
