What comes back

The honest limits.

Cross-border returns carry real costs, and we would rather be plain about them than surprise you. You pay for return shipping and safe repackaging; import duties and taxes you already paid your customs authority are not refundable by us; and original outbound shipping comes back only if the item was faulty or wrongly sent.
